Panelist Bio

Paul Trusty is the Chief Information Security Officer at Mindpath Health, where he helps the organization navigate cyber risk, healthcare regulation, emerging technology, and operational resilience. Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Paul has focused primarily on healthcare and on building practical, proactive information-security programs that protect sensitive information while enabling the organization’s mission.

Paul believes cybersecurity leadership is ultimately about creating trust in uncertainty. His work focuses on turning technical complexity into clear executive decisions, assigning accountability for risk, and building governance that allows organizations to pursue innovation and growth without losing the trust of patients, employees, and business partners.

Before joining Mindpath Health, Paul led cybersecurity at Solis Mammography, Washington Radiology, Progressive Radiology, Tarrant County College, and MedStar EMS. Paul holds a master’s degree in information security and assurance and maintains industry certifications including CISSP and GSTRT.
