Georgeo is an information technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, technology, and defense. 

• Enterprise technology leadership: As EVP, CIO and CISO at iMerit Technology, George managed infrastructure and cybersecurity for 7,700 employees and 28,000 contingent staff, supported 15 delivery centers, helped double revenue, and reduced technology and cloud costs by 42 percent.  [2]

• Cybersecurity expertise: George has provided CIO and CISO advisory and operational services and held security leadership roles at organizations including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, BMO, RBC Capital Markets, AIG, Avanade, Dovenmuehle, and DataStax. The profile emphasizes strategic leadership, budget management, collaboration, ethical decision-making, mentoring, and talent development.

• Military and academic service: After 26 years in the US Army Reserve, George serves as Chief Data and AI Officer for the 84th Training Command and previously supported technology and cybersecurity for 50,000 personnel across 247 sites. George has led cloud migration and network initiatives, commanded a cyber protection battalion, earned two Bronze Star Medals, and is pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity expected in August 2028 while holding an MBA, a BBA, and multiple security certifications.
