Dikla Shabtay is  seasoned cybersecurity leader with extensive experience, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and field CISO at Eve security.

I bridge the worlds of security, business strategy, and AI innovation. With a career that began in business and customer experience and evolved into security leadership, I bring a uniquely holistic perspective to how organizations adopt AI "at speed."

As Operational & Field CISO at EVE Security, I sit at the intersection of building internal security practice and standing in front of the market, advising fellow CISOs, executives, and startup founders on how to pursue ambitious innovation while maintaining the protection, compliance, and trust their growth depends on. I also advise cybersecurity startups directly on go-to-market, positioning, and scaling security-first products.

I've built and scaled customer experience functions, led cross-functional teams, and partnered closely with founders to shape client journeys that drive retention and revenue expansion, including more than 65% ARR growth across the U.S. I thrive in high-growth, early-stage environments where trust, customer advocacy, and strategic leadership directly influence product-market fit and long-term expansion.
