Cecil Pineda is a cybersecurity executive, entrepreneur, and community leader with more than 25 years of experience building and leading security, risk, privacy, and resilience programs across healthcare, retail, technology, energy, aviation, and critical infrastructure.

Most recently, Cecil served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at R1 RCM, where he led cybersecurity for one of the largest healthcare revenue cycle management organizations in the industry. Previously, he served as CISO of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, where he built and matured the airport’s cybersecurity program, and held leadership roles with Critical Start, Cyber Watch Systems, GameStop, TXU Energy, Aviall/Boeing, CVS Caremark, and Ernst & Young.
