For the past 25 years, Steve Dunlap has been in leadership roles in high-tech companies providing secure solutions for US Government and related companies with emphasis on mobile access for applications to make the lives of the user community easier while maintaining the strict security standards that are demanded by the markets served.

Currently, Steve is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at HCare Health, a Public Benefit Company, whose mission is to provide the Healthcare market with connected solutions that facilitate users the ability to capture and secure more meaningful personal insights that can ultimately improve their recovery post-treatment, with full control over their personal health information.

For the previous 4 years as President of Thursby Software Systems, an Identiv Company, Steve led the business unit that provides secure mobile access for CAC- card users allowing for access to secure sites (Email, Travel, Education, and Certifications, etc.) while on the move. Steering the direction of the company while developing the new products needed for the DoD marketplace was a successful balance he achieved for Thursby.

Apptricity Corporation produced asset and expense management software, mainly for the US Government market and Steve’s role was to manage those programs and to develop new business for the private sector to again provide intelligence to users whose functions revolve around the real-time asset management for their fleets of vehicles and warehouses.

Steve is a graduate from Texas Tech University and lives in the DFW area with his wife, Teri. They have two sons, one is VP of a construction contractor and another serves in the US Air Force.
